Education and Background

Heather is a graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.  Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Arts at Taylor University, graduating magna cum laude.  Prior to founding Todd Immigration, LLC, Heather  practiced immigration law in both the public and private sectors in Ohio and Georgia.  She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys spending time with her family, creative writing, and being outdoors.

Expertise

Heather has dedicated her practice to exclusively immigration law.  She has successfully represented clients in all facets of family-based and removal (deportation) cases, with a particular emphasis on family visa petitions, waivers, and removal (deportation) defense.  She also focuses on visa options for victims of crimes.  She has successfully represented clients before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).

Professional Associations

Heather is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Ohio and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where she has served on the Citizenship Day committee and as a volunteer at various community outreaches.
